1. Using this website

This website has no on-site account, contact form, embedded payment checkout, advertising tags or analytics scripts. It does not set application cookies or use local storage. The one-minute pause runs in your browser, and its selections and timer session are not transmitted or saved by the website.

The hosting and network providers may process technical request information, such as an IP address, requested page, browser details and request time, to deliver and secure the website. Their handling of this information depends on their services and applicable policies.

2. Email and WhatsApp

Contacting us by email or WhatsApp is optional. We receive the contact details and message you choose to send and use them to respond to inquiries or provide customer support. If your message concerns an earlier purchase, relevant order details may be used to check and resolve it.

Do not send medical records, full payment card details, account passwords or other sensitive information. We only need information relevant to your general question or purchase support.

Email and WhatsApp are separate services. They process messages under their own privacy policies. A contact link opens only when you select it; the website does not send a message for you.

3. PayPal and external links

Purchases are completed on PayPal-hosted checkout pages. Selecting a payment link takes you to PayPal, where payment information is processed under PayPal’s policies. We do not receive payment card details through this website. If you contact us about a purchase, we may use the order name and transaction reference to verify and fulfill it. Visiting a linked resource, including CDC, NCCIH or Smokefree.gov, also takes you to another website with its own policies.

4. Retention and privacy requests

Messages may be retained as needed to handle an inquiry, support an earlier purchase, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. To ask about information you have sent or request deletion where applicable, contact us by email. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve a purchase issue.

5. Intended audience

This website is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not invite children to provide personal information.
